Primary duties will consist of, but not be limited to: Set schedules and assign tasks to service department employees. Supervise mechanics to ensure their services meet the standards of quality set by Clearwater Truck Center in order to achieve customer satisfaction Determine vehicle problems and services by listening to customer's description of symptoms; clarifying description of problems; conducting inspections; taking test drives; checking vehicle maintenance records; examining service schedules Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; calculating customer's payment Ensure outstanding customer service Assist customers find the products they need Locate parts/order parts from local vendors/major suppliers Miscellaneous duties as assigned. Pay for this position will start at $21.00/hr, plus commission possibilites. Willing to negotiate based on experience.
