Amira Choice Minnetonka 2004 Plymouth Rd Minnetonka, MN 55305 Environmental Services Director The Environmental Services Director is responsible for general oversight and maintenance of property including all major utility, life safety, grounds, and security systems. Plans and leads all aspects of building operations for our Assisted Living/Memory Care at Amira Choice Minnetonka. This position includes: -80 Hour in 2 weeks – Monday - Friday; 8:00am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5pm, open to compromise. -On call hours required. -Participates in Manager on Duty rotation (24/7 On-call position to address building needs, eligible for on call reimbursement.) -Benefit eligible! Responsibilities/Job Description -Maintenance of grounds and building -Supervises maintenance and housekeeping staff -Ensures timely and efficient turnover of apartments -Promotes a safe environment for staff, residents and visitors -Lawn Maintenance and Snow Care are completed in house -Work hours around snow storms as well -Be on call for the building Maintenance needs. Qualifications -Five + years of Multi-housing maintenance experience -Ability to troubleshoot appliances/plumbing/electrical/carpentry issues -Experience working with seniors in an Assisted Living preferred Please Apply
