Found Cat

There has been a cat hanging around my yard and my neighbors yard for like 6 weeks now. The cat is NOT feral...it is black & white with green eyes. Trying to find owner since winter is coming! The cat will not come to me however does not run away...she has a beautiful coat too..someone's cat!!
