Lost Envelope with Money - Reward for Returning

Got paid for a salvaged car with an envelope with $475 cash in it, amount is written on the envelope. Saw on a security camera that it blew out of my pocket on the corner of James Street and Princeton Avenue, and then got stuck in the treads of an excavator that drove by. The excavator probably drove down State Road. If anyone finds the envelope and is able to return it to me with the money, I'll give you $100 of what's in there and will be eternally thankful. $475 is a huge amount of money to me and this is like a bad joke.
