Job Description Summary: Completes repairs and installations in a safe and timely manner by performing the following duties. Duties and Responsibilities: • Assist with daily building operations for multiple locations, performing general internal building maintenance and repair. • Completes repairs in a timely manner. • Travels to customer locations to complete repairs. • Recommends and explains additional repairs as appropriate. • Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by using personal protective equipment, following universal precautions and OSHA guidance • The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and use of ladders. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Education/Experience: • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Basic knowledge in computers, internet, emails and smart phones.
