Former General Contractor located in East Hampton, NY with multiple jobs, is looking to hire a crew of two/three workers located in a radius distance to easily commute to the working site, highly qualified in masonry to complete a stone pathway in front of a house as well as an apron outside the main entrance gate. First job to verify level of professionalism and quality of work. Others will follow.
Offered price for pathway is $3,100.00 (total SF 440) Materials needed: 4 yards of RCS/2 yards of fine masonry sand/Portland cement/Thin set to lay stones. Everything provided by GC/Home owner.
Offered price for apron is $925.00 (total 122/125 SF) Materials needed: A specific white cement and stones to drop in. It will be a designed apron but simpler than the classic one.
Labor prices NOT NEGOTIABLE. Only interested workers must apply.
Candidates must have their own tools, truck or pick up truck to load materials, if necessary.
