Based on the shadow on the wall, the authoritarian in this picture has a distinctive hair style indicative of our 45th president. Given the small hand and the over extended bright red tie, these are distinctive trademarks for #45. The fact that the elephant, representing the GOP, is cowering, I think it's pretty obvious that the authoritarian in the picture is Trump! I guess we now know who the fascists are......Donald Trump and his sycophant, MAGA-loid followers.
