Live In Maintenance Position Apartment Complex: Requires all around building maintenance experience. Appliance repair, light plumbing and electrical, painting and drywall repair, general building maintenance, snow removal and heavy lifting. Credit, Background and Drug Testing required• Location: South Whitehall Township, PA • Compensation: Position starts $18.00/hr. + apartment + utilities + medical benefits + paid vacation.
