Dealership,, auto auction or airport parking experience helpful. Many of our successful candidates come from Manheim, ADESA, Carmax, Enterprise, Rental cars, car dealerships and parking lot management companies. The Outside Coordinator occasionally provides customer service to dealers when needed for directions or locating vehicles while most of your day in and out of the office and on the auction lot processing paperwork, assisting with scheduling of vehicles, and overall support to all departments to prepare the auction for the live sale each Wednesday. The Outside Coordinator helps coordinate the same after the sale and the cycle repeats each week. Scope of Work: Maintain constant communication with all auction personnel to ensure effective coordination of lot operations activities. Answer phones, provide support to lot operations employees or dealers. Perform basic data entry Respond to customer requests for assistance and ensure timely resolution. Process all lot operations department paperwork. Forward all invoices and items to be posted to the appropriate areas in a timely manner. Assist in the coordination of sale day line-up and execution of sale day activities (i.e., drive, assist customers in locating vehicles, etc.). Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications: 1 – 3 years customer service experience required. Some clerical or administrative experience preferred Dealership, automotive, fleet, parking management or rental car experience helpful but not required Effective communication skills required. Good problem-solving and organizational skills required Proficient with handheld devices and basic computer skills Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time. Vision abilities required include close, distance and depth perception Valid Driver's License, good driving record Successful completion of background and drug test Bilingual in English and Spanish helpful but not required Hours: Monday through Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm, Friday 8:00am-1:00pm Need assistance with the process?
