Then he wanted the scratch off number off the back of the card before he would bring my cat back. He is a little skinny and had worms and spots all over from tick bites. He was filthy and matted. He’s currently being treated for the worms and ticks. We are getting him cleaned up and healthy again. Idk if he’s been vaccinated but I have an appointment for next week to get it done. I would guess that he’s been an outside dog but he seems to do well inside. He hasn’t been destructive inside at all so far. He hasn’t been destructive when left in the backyard either.
