Description
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for handling tenant and property manager requests in a timely and efficient manner. Time will be spent travelling to and from properties in the Topeka area with travel to Manhattan approximately one day per week. Tasks will require moderate to heavy physical labor.
Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable by Epic’s current insurance policy.
Working schedule is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with inclusion in night/weekend on call rotation for emergency maintenance.
Pay is dependent upon experience ranging from $14-$16 per hour.
