Looking for Maintenance Individuals for the following Ms Lillian's Self-Storage Locations *Can take one or both locations - Americus, Ga - Warm Springs, Ga Each location requires the following; - Requires one full day, two times each month (twice monthly) Responsibilities: - walkthroughs, pictures, repairs on facility units - maintaining clean conditions in & around facility - Total required day: 4 full days -. - Pays mileage (keep track with phone app or notebook) You can cover one facility or more. Basic Responsibilities - Walk-through - Fix/Repair things - Take Photos Tasks include: Sweeping out units when someone moves out Picking up trash left by tenants Fixing gates when broke Repairing fences around properties Help with move in & move out of tenants Over-locking tenants that are late Running auctions when we have them Maintaining the properties so they are kept clean and orderly Repairing doors that are broke Repairing latches that are broke Helping with emergencies when needed Documenting work done and reporting to the office Part time job with set amount of hours Please email your resume and contact information.
