In search of a studio/workshop/garage space for independent comedy web production. 24-hour access (negotiable), all included utilities (negotiable), and access to restroom facilities. Willing to sign a lease, but would prefer month to month rent. Air conditioning would be a plus, but we can provide an air conditioner if needed. Looking for something within 2-3 miles of downtown Cincinnati. Northern Kentucky preferred. We're on a very tight budget, but would be willing to work something out if the right space became available.
