7/8wk old puppy to good home

Looking for a good home for a 7/8 week old female puppy. I was told her mom is a golden retriever, unsure about dad- possibly border collie. She's very sweet but I simply don't have the time for her. She needs someone who will be able to play with her, she's energetic. She is smart and is learning to go outside even though she has had accidents inside. I am asking a $40 rehoming fee to make sure she goes to a good home. Will give you her collar, leash, and bowls and the puppy chow for her. She hasn't been to a vet yet even though I don't believe she has worms or anything but she needs to go for her shots. Must meet in Bristol.
