Landlord looking for Handyman to do repairs at 35+ unit property in Vero Beach. Flexible hours. Must have own tools and transportation - and be responsive. Need to repair windows and stove burners, install toilets, repair faucets, light switches, clear drains, pick up garbage, etc. When there is a vacancy, the Handyman will clean, paint and prepare the apartment for rental. Must be able to text and email. Minimal paperwork is required. Paid weekly at $ 20.00 per hour +. Please email or text your resume or work history.
