The job is finishing a new construction basement already framed in the Otsego/Plainwell area. Only 1 small area needs ceiling. The rest is just walls.
Total is @2300sq ft. Paying a total of $1.25psf. If this job is done well future jobs will be more. How much more depends on the job.
Payment will be done in cash as soon as the customer pays in full. Will be only a few days after completing the job at most. This is a repeat customer that pays quickly.
