Maintaining and supervising maintenance of a beautiful waterfront residential property. * Must be organized and have reliable transportation. * Must be relatively healthy and enjoy working outdoors. * Familiarity with sprinkler, pool systems and small hand tools helpful. * Duties include daily maintenance/supervision of... • Lawn/landscape (No mowing) • General property upkeep to include trash and yard debris removal • Pool cleaning, blowing drives, walkways, and outdoor kitchen area • Window cleaning, power washing, pest control • Occasional painting and exterior maintenance • Identifying various repair needs • Assist with various indoor/outdoor remodel/construction projects • Assist in maintaining car collection • Other duties as needed by homeowner Looking for a motivated individual who is a self-starter, willing to learn on the job and wants to become a part of a family atmosphere. Hourly rate $12-15 per hour based on knowledge and experience. Work schedule is Monday – Friday daytime hours but may require occasional evening and weekend hours. Please submit recent resume.
