Beautiful property located in the heart of The Colony is looking for a Maintenance Technician. Daily responsibilities include:
-Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps on walls etc.
-Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems (e.g. ventilation)
-Install appliances and equipment
-Collaborate with workers during renovations
HVAC/CPO certification is a PLUS. Great compensation for the right candidate!
