It was brought to my attention that some people may not understand the concept of a Toning Circle. Sound is humanity’s most ancient healer. Simplified version....we sit in a circle and spend about an hour creating healing sounds with our voices. The next hour we have people sit inside the circle and state intentions for the coming month and the group tones to those intentions. The difference between a sound bath and toning is participation. The human voice carries every frequency of the body. We carry it with us. It creates an instant response body, mind and spirit. Toning is the natural voice of the body, used for thousands of years around the world. I once heard it described as a sonic massage. Each energy center of the body has a distinctive tone. We will work mostly with yam/yum for heart center and Om the master tone. Come experience the sound of many voices holding intent and love.
