Each year we celebrate the spirit of the holiday season with this amazing experience of LIVE music with yoga. This special 75-minute warm slow flow class features live acoustic guitar and vocals by Jim Carroll. Invite a friend or family member to join you. Cost is $30 per person - please book the class in advance, this class will sell out. Bring a yoga mat. Enjoy the holiday cheer with a glass of wine in the Zen boutique after class.
