OUR COMPANY & JOB: Successful established Property Management company hiring FULL TIME CLEANING PERSON with cleaning team experience, Luxury High Rise Residential / Commercial Buildings. CLEANING RESPONSIBILITIES: -Hallways; lobby; recreation spaces; windows & glass; furniture; wood & tile floors, carpeting. -Gym equipment, children's playroom, other equipment & spaces in building QUALFICATIONS: - Live in, or short distance from Jersey City/Hoboken. - Bi-lingual English & Spanish preferred; Only Spanish if very experienced. - U.S. Citizen or proof of legal status to work in the U.S. / Drivers License or State ID / Social Security card / checking or savings account (for online paycheck deposit). - Able to lift & carry or push 15 pounds of equipment & supplies; sometimes clean using a ladder. WORK SCHEDULE: Usually 8AM to 4:30PM, 5 days per week, may include some weekdays & some weekend days. Must be flexible to occasionally start workdays a little earlier or finish a little later; may be asked to work occasional overtime. WHAT WE LOOK FOR ON THE JOB: - Great cleaning. - Positive, cooperative attitude. - Follows directions & works very well with Supervisors, all co-workers & other company staff. - Attendance: on time, dependable, low absences. - Little or no PERSONAL cellphone use except on breaks. HOURLY PAY / BENEFITS - Staring $16.00 per hour, increases for performance, teamwork, attendance, time in company. -10 paid vacation days + 5 paid personal/sick days + specific paid holidays + optional Medical insurance with company+employee contributions + Dental & Vision plans paid by employees + optional 401K.
