This year, the healthy lifestyle expert and New York Times bestselling author of the Now Eat This! cookbook series will take over the kitchen at Amalia Restaurant Miami Beach inside The Lennox Hotel, partnering with the restaurant’s talented Executive Chef, Hernan Griccini, for what is destined to be a truly memorable evening.
