try out P O O N H O U S E. C O M in Charlotte 28272 **MISSING SINCE AT 7:30 PM** The puppy sitter lost our dog. Asher -wirehair dachshund black with silver coloring in fur. No collar but he is chipped. In our board and train program the dog stays with me, in my home, and we work on skills requested by their owners. The skills are generally basic obedience and behavioral issues. The dogs are acclimated to my pack for the duration, becoming a part of my household. Our 2-week program generally runs $1,, our 3-week program, $1, We are a balanced trainer and believe in using tools and methods that work best for the individual dog though we usually prefer more positive methods, repetition, consistency, structure and leadership over everything else. At the end of the training session I will meet with the owners, answering questions and offering instruction on the dog's training program. Follow-up lessons are scheduled several days after the dog has returned home that way we can make sure the owners learn the new skills taught to their dog. He is a 1yr old lab retriever Akita. Looking to rehome him to a good family. We considered rehoming him before then decided to give him one more try. He is not a good fit for us as we can not offer him what he needs. He will be a great addition to a loving family. The things he needs is a lot of attention and plenty of room to run. He is an indoor outdoor dog. More so inside right now as he is a great escape artist. We have a small farm and he does not do well with small farm animals we have lost many chickens. We have tried many ways to break him of it and it has not worked. He has been around goats, which he does not seem to be concerned with. He is dominant with other dogs as we have a small breed that he like to over power. He is around small children and does very well with. If given the chance he thinks he is a lap dog. He is a big cuddly bear and very sweet. Very active outside and loves to play. We can not keep him and risk losing more of our chickens as they are a means to our livelihood. He will be in need of his rabies shot. I do not recommend a shock collar as we tried to keep him in the yard and he had a bad reaction to the collar. A $150 rehoming fee is asked to make sure that he is going to go to a home that is willing to
