(No this is not a scorpios only sound bath - that's funny though - all are welcome!) WhenNovember 14th | Arrive between 6:30 and 6:50 | Sound bath will begin promptly at 7 pm and entry will no longer be permitted as to not disrupt the ceremony. The sound bath will last 75+ minutes WhereThe event space in the Marketplace @ Gravity. We encourage parking at the Gravity parking garage across the street from the marketplace What to bringBring what you would like to lay on during the ceremony. i.e. yoga mat, pillow, padding, blanket, etc. A blanket is encouraged because of the variability of the temperature in the room. Everyone has different preferences and we want you to be comfortable. Bring a journal and pen so you can use the journal prompts provided at the door, reflect on anything that is brought up during the ceremony, or to write down any messages that come through for you. We will have a space where you can place objects you would like to be charged with the energy of the night. (please nothing large, small items preferred like crystals, jewelry, bones, etc.) *If you forget an object at the charging station - we have a lost and found. Sensory informationWhat is a sound bath? Information for those sensitive or potentially allergic to sensory tools involved in the ceremony: The ceremony will involve the mild burning of herbal bundles and incense. Our Zodiac sound bath series have aromatherapy elements that involve inhaling essential oils. You may opt out of this at the sound bath. A variety of colors will be used for the lighting as well as projectors (Full Moon ceremonies only). We have eye masks available to help block out any additional or distracting lighting during the ceremony. This being a sound bath - there will be a wide range of aural stimuli from singing bowls and piano to organic and synthetic ambient textures. Please let us know if at any point it is too loud by raising your hand during the ceremony. If any of this information changes, it will be mentioned at the start of the sound bath.
