Ladies, join us for a special edition of our Women's Night... The safety edition! We will be joined by an officer from the Sheriff's Department to talk about situational awareness, what to watch for and other important things for all of us to keep in mind as we run, walk or are just out and about. And Lydia from Gracie Jiu Jitsu will give us some practical tools and tips to protect ourselves and share with us a snapshot of what she teaches in her Women's Empowerment Seminar!
