Construction finishing work job

We have two small buildings of about 750 square feet each that needs some finishing work completed. This includes touchup painting, work around door frames, molding or baseboard and window sills. Please take a look at the photos and you will see what the work entails. A few windows may need work around the window sills using simulated marble or something similar. Someone with experience can get this job finished easily in one day. Every single thing that is needed to be completed is seen in the photos and that is pretty much everything that is needed to be done. We would like at lease 3 references for this job.
