Light House was created to provide a space for people to learn how to care for themselves. Our classes and offerings have been carefully curated to promote progress and growth in the student and to cover topics that expand beyond the physical yoga practice. We are overjoyed to welcome you into the new space. The weekend is filled with different opportunities for you to come experience the studio and participate in our opening festivities. Our weekend launches with Opening Ceremony and practice on Friday evening 11/11 @ 6:30pm. Join us for a special celebration with a class co-led by Casey Deschene and Caitlin Ferrante with LIVE music performed by local singer/songwriter, Liz Bills! Registration can be done through www.light-houseyoga.com. Saturday join us for our Open House! The day begins with a 90 minute practice at 9:00am followed by a full day of mini workshops, chair massage, teacher meet and greet and more!
