Our new SCULPT class format has arrived. Join us in-studio this weekend, November 12-13, for Snack & SCULPT!
On Saturday and Sunday, we’re offering free community SCULPT classes (and snacks, of course) to usher in our new 60-minute, high energy class format. SCULPT will use heavier weights, body weight and full range movements to strengthen all major muscle groups.
This class focuses on resistance and strength, so get ready to sweat and ditch those lighter dumbbells for the big boys toward the bottom of the rack 😉Don’t be fooled though, your heart rate will be 📈Ya ready?! Let’s go.
