Some of the girls, you know, and love are coming out to perform in Philly’s place You may already know, she took a tumble while performing and fractured her leg in several places the healing process is taking much longer than expected. She has been going non stop and it all took a toll on her. Philly had surgery and is still not able to walk, much less dance for a while. Drag is not just her passion – it’s her livelihood. Drag is not just her job; it’s her career. She does not work a nine to five. I don’t think anyone wants to see her twerking with a cast on, which is about all she will be able to do for a few weeks, at least. She has rent to pay and need to eat – but even more daunting are the medical bills she will be burdened with. Since she won’t be able to work at all, I am asking for you all to get your dollars out for Philly Pina – but this time, there is no routine to tip her for. If you can’t fathom tipping her without a routine, think of it as a tip for all of the routines you’ve seen her perform so far, for all the memories and special nights shes been a part of. She really do need as much help as she can get in this extremely trying time. Philly has been know to always give back to her community. Let it be known that the people who donate to her will have her never-ending gratitude and appreciation – We love you all, and now she needs to be able to count on your help!
