Hi! We’re the Houston Creative Collective Inc. and in partnership with the Vietnam War Flight Museum we look forward to welcoming you to our Inaugural 1950’s Sweetheart Gala! The Gala will feature an evening of dancing, fine food, entertainment and music from the era. We’ll also be pulling all of the museums historic Vietnam era aircraft from our hangar at Ellington field onto the tarmac so we can transform the 30,000 square foot space for the Gala—and you can bet the night will be full of one of a kind photo opportunities as the museum has one of the largest collection of flyable Vietnam era aircraft in the world. We will have HCC professional photographers on hand to capture you looking your 1950’s best amongst the aircraft and gala. Stay tuned for additional details!! If you have an inquiry about getting involved as a volunteer, vender or are interested in corporate sponsorship please contact one of our Executive Director of Events, Isabel Orozco at [email protected] or Heather Marie at [email protected] All proceeds will benefit both organizations: The Houston Creative Collective Inc. is a 501(c)3 non profit dedicated to serving our community through creativity, providing opportunities for creatives to collaborate with one another on projects, gain new skills through workshops and classes; offer a space for creatives to showcase their work; mentor students by providing access to industry professionals; create an environment where creative minds can thrive; serve as a platform for sharing ideas among like-minded individuals; provide resources for building successful careers within their field of expertise; host networking events where creatives can meet with local businesses and also as a place we can identify opportunities where we can volunteer as a collective, while the Vietnam War Flight Museum is a 501 (c)3 non profit that is dedicated to preserving and maintaining aviation history. The museum has the world’s largest collection of flyable Vietnam era aircraft of its kind in the VWFM hangar at Ellington Airport. The museum is dedicated to maintaining their fleet of aircraft for future generations to see and enjoy through a combination of education programs, hands on displays, and exhibits.
