First things First Ladies: December 4 - Consciously AND WITH GREAT INTENTION clear any negative thoughts, journal daily about how amazing you are and how your day went, who you are in the present, and what you want to manifest. Be clear and specific. Who is this for: EVERY WOMAN! Here’s how the day will go: Intake/registration Activity Meditation Yoga Womb Flow w/MikoJournal/Conversation (optional)Yoni Steam/Sound Healing with Tonya & Miko Journal/Conversation with Tonya/Miko/Dr. Tracie Lunch Time ***Waisting *** (optional) Special guest speaker **Wife Coach - Becoming share discussion with Suzzen Stroman Vision Board creation with a champagne toast w/ TonyaCloseout activity! Refreshments/Food - fruit, veggies, pastries, pasta salad, pita chips, hummus (vegan/veggie friendly) Catered Lunch will be provided Drinks- fruit infused -water, herbal tea blend, and Champagne for the vision board toast and creation What do you NEED to bring: a journal to capture anything that comes up, yoga mat, wear comfortable clothes, and lastly an OPEN MIND! Everything for the vision boards will be supplied, if you want to bring specialty decorations for your board you’re free to do so. Come ready to get creative while setting the right intentions for 2023! I look forward to sharing space with each of you. Make this time about YOU!
