The parents of Grants Pass Homeschoolers Dance Committee Present: FIRE & ICE FORMAL DANCE Join us for an intriguing evening of dance, food (snacks) and fellowship with other teens. Some dance instruction will be provided. For homeschooled students ages 12-18. All attendees MUST be current homeschool students either via a Charter School OR Independently Registered. Registration on this site is required. Cost is $20 per student, may be prepaid with cash at specific times & locations or at the door the night of the event. ***PLEASE READ ALL RULES THROUGH ENTIRELY BEFORE REGISTERING YOUR STUDENT!*** By purchasing a ticket for my student(s), I acknowledge I have fully read and understand the guidelines for participation below. Further, I agree to the guidelines, as do(es) my student(s). I also understand the refund and ticket transfer policy noted below. Dance Attendance Guidelines - Attire & Behavior This dance is provided as an opportunity for homeschooled students, only. As noted, your student must be age 12 or older to attend. Maximum age to attend is age 18, provided your student is still a high school student. Once graduated, your student is no longer eligible to attend our homeschool dances.This is a formal dance. Modesty is appreciated. Young men should wear a collared shirt. Young ladies, please keep your midriff covered. (Young ladies may contact [email protected] for help locating a formal dress via her dress swap closet.)Inappropriate dance moves will not be allowed.No public displays of affection/PDA will be allowed.For security reasons, students are required to stay for the entirety of the dance. If they choose to leave the dance, re-entry will not be permitted.Chaperones and security provided by parent volunteers. All music is pre-screened. Good, clean, safe fun for our kids! ___________________________________________________________________________________________ PRE-REGISTRATION THROUGH THIS SITE IS REQUIRED! IF YOU ARE NOT ON OUR LIST, ENTRY WILL NOT BE PERMITTED. THIS RULE IS FOR THE SAFETY AND SECURITY OF OUR STUDENTS. WE MUST HAVE YOUR AGREEMENT WITH OUR RULES AND YOUR EMERGENCY CONTACT INFORMATION ON FILE TO ATTEND OUR DANCES. THIS IS A SAFETY AND SECURITY ISSUE WE APPRECIATE YOUR HELP WITH. FOR THIS REASON, TICKET TRANSFERS MAY ONLY BE MADE THROUGH THE DANCE COMMITTEE AND ONLY UNTIL THE DANCE IS SOLD OUT. TICKET TRANSFERS ARE NOT PERMITTED ONCE THE DANCE IS SOLD OUT AND THERE IS A WAITING LIST. THANK YOU.
