Our Off the Barre class incorporates a continous series of contemporary exercises. Sculpt your arms, core, and legs while increasing lean muscle and flexibility. The main focus is flexibility followed by strenght and cardio.
This full body workout will have you craving a refresher, which lucky for you, we'll have outside waiting for you after class! We'll have hot coffee, hot cocoa, and hot spiked cider.
