Volunteers/Club Instructions: * A group leader must attend the monthly volunteer meetings via Zoom. A Release of Liability and Waiver form must be completed prior to the event and submitted at check-in. * Each club is allowed to sign-up for 20 volunteers (or more with special approval). Must assign 10 volunteers per shift (i.e. Group #1 6am-11am, Group #2 11am-3pm). Make sure the second group arrives at the station at least 15 minutes early to get training from the first group. We encourge drop-off or ample time to park and walk to the entrance. * Check-in and checkout list must be complete and submitted to the VIP Check-in booth. If the group leader does not submit the form, we will NOT be able to sign any volunteer forms. RSVP ASAP. Spaces are limited.
