In honor of our studios official grand re-opening this Saturday we will be offering a free F45 fitness class (9:30-10:30) for anyone who wants to come get an amazing workout in! They will be HIIT workouts in a group setting that last only 1 hour and is super fun! We will be having vendors as well and serving mimosas and refreshments after class as a way to build community and have some fun! Come through, it's going to be a blast!
