In honor of our studio's official grand re-opening this Saturday we will be offering a free F45 fitness classes (8:15-9:15) for anyone who wants to come get an amazing workout in! Enjoy an all-inclusive HIIT workout in a group setting that last only 1 hour and is super fun! We will be having vendors as well and serving mimosas and refreshments after class as a way to build community and have some fun! Come through, it's going to be a blast!
