Our techniques calm you + your dog and regulate your emotions and nervous system, teaches how to read your dogs behavior + communicate in an effective co-operative way to calmly lead them without authority and to anticipate their needs, supplies self-confidence for you + your dog, and deepens your understanding of one another. This class is a fun and safe space for you to try the method for yourself and implement the techniques while socializing your dog with a certified dog trainer present to ensure safety. You can ask any questions you have and connect with other dog lovers in the community. how does it work?1) Purchase Ticket via Eventbrite. Please note a liability waiver must be signed in order to participate which will be provided to you at the beginning of class day of 2) Before class, fill out our registration form and send proof of vaccinations. Email [email protected] with any questions, concerns, or anything you'd like addressed throughout the series 3) Come ready for relaxation + learning ~10 minutes before class starts to check-in and set up your area. Allow ~3 feet on either side of you to give you + your dog ample space. Please arrive 10 minutes early so you may situate and to respect other attendees with a punctual start time. When it comes to bringing our dogs into new spaces, our dogs usually need a few moments to acclimate to a new environment. Allow your dog to have some moments of sniffing and acclimate by arriving at the suggested time of 8:50am. when is it?Saturday November 19 Saturday November 26 Saturday December 10 Saturday December 17 Each ticket purchased is for one class of your choice. You do not have to come to all of the classes but are welcome to & highly encouraged to join for more fun. The more practice you get with a certified trainer, the better behaved your dog will be. what's it all about?Class starts with 10 mins of foundation & breathwork for beginners followed by 40 mins of dog training by Certified Dog Trainer Jackie Carleen. Learn dog psychology, obedience training, learning styles, and how to earn respect and trust from your dog. Integrated mindfulness with proven scientifically sound techniques teaches your dog obedience, good manners, and the self-confidence you and your dog need to navigate emotions and life together with ease. After the learning is done, a token for a drink will be handed out for 30 mins of connection with the community + your dog trainer. Open to all - whether your dog needs a refresher or you are just learning the basics.
