Melafro will be hosting recurring AFRICAN-STYLED DANCE (FITNESS) CLASSES starting MONDAY DECEMBER 21, 2020 from 6:30PM - 7:30PM. Burn calories while HAVING FUN! A mixture of low-intensity and high-intensity moves that combine all elements of fitness - cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, and flexibility. Participating will get your heart rate up and the blood flowing to release endorphins that will raise your energy level & mood.
