Description
Join us for one of the most beloved events that we host each year! We will host Santa and Mrs. Claus during our Santa Dinner on December 16, 2022 and on December 17, 2022. We will host two different seating times each night: 5:00 PM and 6:30 PM. Each seating will last one-hour. ~ Tickets go on sale Friday, November 11, 2022 at 8:00 AM. Tickets are required to attend and are $25 per person. ~ This year, our theme is "The Nutcracker"! ~ Each ticket includes one meal (+ one dessert) from our event dinner menu, and one-on-one time with Mr. and Mrs. Claus. Additionally, each child's ticket will include a 14" unfinished wooden nutcracker to color. ~ If you purchase a ticket and can no longer attend, you can claim your items after the event. All items must be claimed by December 23, 2022, or they will be forfeited. ~ If you would like to try and re-sell your tickets to someone on our waiting list, a $20 transaction fee will be charged through Eventbrite and passed onto you. The last day to try and re-sell your tickets is December 3, 2022. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. ~ ***We will do our absolute best to purchase the quantity of wooden nutcrackers that are advertised. Should the company experience a stock-out, a similar craft will be chosen at our discretion.*** FAQs: 1. I have a baby that will not be able to enjoy all that this event has to offer. Do I have to buy a ticket for him/her? No; however, it is important that we know that a baby will be with your party so that we can make sure you have enough room at your table. Please provide this detail when completing your ticket purchase. The baby will not qualify for food ordered at the table, nor the wooden nutcracker. 2. Your event has sold out. How can I join the waiting list? The waiting list will become active once all tickets are sold. Should any reservations become available, we will contact you in the order that you added your name to the waiting list. 3. Will photos be taken at the event? We encourage all families to bring their own cameras, as we cannot guarantee that your family's photo will be captured during the event. 4. My child might not want to see Santa. Is it required? Absolutely not! We have had several families enjoy this event and skip hugging Santa. If your child experiences sensory difficulties, we can seat you near the window so that they can look at Santa, but not have to touch Santa. This must be communicated as soon as tickets are purchased so that we can create our seating chart accordingly. 5. I don't want to participate in the event, can I purchase tickets for my kids only? No. Children must be accompanied by an adult at our restaurant. To avoid confusion, everyone inside of the event area is required to have a ticket.
