Learn about California’s new Prohousing Designation Program administered through the Department of Housing and Community Development designed to encourage communities through incentives to waive fees, expedite approval of Accessory Dwelling Units, reducing or eliminating parking requirements for new housing are some of the policies that can fast track housing projects. Join us for a 90-minute presentation workshop conducted by HCD staff to educate our building partners on this innovative policy tool.
