MGS Manufacturing Material Handler FULL-TIME $18/hr W190N11701 Moldmakers Way, Germatown, WI 53022 - Reviewing materials list and preparing materials to ensure materials are ready for press start-ups. - Ensuring packaging and any additional materials are at the press for start-ups and throughout the job. - Communicates updates to the cell and with previous and following shifts the status of presses. - Transferring completed pallets and removing garbage and scrap from the cell. - Participating in the Line Clearance process ensuring all packaging and materials put away back in inventory. - Labeling all dryers with a Material Identification Tag(s) and verifying they match the BOM. - Cleaning the dryer, grinders, and conveying equipment completely during changeover activities. - Performing dryer preventive maintenance. - Cleaning all material areas at the end of the shift. - Counting, weighing, and verifying raw materials. Follows surge bin connection instructions. - Verifying that the product being moved has a movie ticket. - Be a backup for the cell as needed, which may include running a press.
