Great Opportunity, ****Retired single or couple**** My Brother is 47 years old and is a high functioning special needs Male. We are looking for a live in caretaker that will see to his day to day needs including cooking and keeping the home in order. Home is in a nice and established neighborhood. He has many friends and a somewhat busy social life. Driving him from here to there, keeping the home in order, being a mentor, cooking meals are the main duties. In return, live in with master bedroom and bathroom will be at zero cost, food allowance and utilities paid. I am looking for a retired singe person or couple, preferably 50 or older. Full background check and lease will be signed as a legal placeholder.
