Keys wanted for post punk/art rock band with well crafted songs

We are a drummer, bass player and guitar/vocals currently. We write little earworms that get stuck in your head but with a lot of creative experimentation. Some songs are lovely reverby breakup songs with clever chord progressions and loud/soft dynamics, some are driving post punk songs (think Wild Flag). We're kind of all over the place, but every tune is singable and catchy. We're looking for a keyboard player to fill in syncopated chiptune melody lines, 60's style repetitive organ chords, or an acoustic piano, whatever the song calls for. We have a really nice carpeted soundproof practice space. We are doing originals- currently we have 6 songs written and 4 more partly written, and lots more little song ideas that could become something. We're getting close to ready to start playing shows.
