Owner will demo most of the existing shingle siding below 10 feet and start house wrap. Pay is $2500 base or $2700 if you have the siding nailer, spacer, nails. Owner has all the supplies. Hiring someone to install. Hardie Plank Siding 10 lbs Siding Nails (2 1/2) Trim Vinyl Soffits Vinyl Fascia boards Vinyl Gutters If you have all the tools will add $200. This is approximately a 5-7 day job. Pay is as follows: End of 1st day $400 End of 3rd day $600 End of 5th day full balance due or $900 (until finish) Balance when finish. Min things you should know: 3/8 gap between siding and window, trim Must be level Must use starter strip No Scammers. We press charges for theft or fraud.
