Needed a handyman Superintendent to protect and preserve a vacant house that is offered as a "Short Sale" Superintendent can live in the house and initial compensation is $5000 and waive any broker fee. Superintendent will be compensated each month in the form of no charge gas heat, electric and water. Superintendent is permitted to have additional family members reside in the subject house. 1st month November free rent. 2nd month December discounted rent $2000 as part of the initial compensation described above $3500 is paid in the form of no security deposit paid up front. Superintendent shall receive $3500 security refund upon the completion of this job and house is vacated. Rent is $3500 per month each month thereafter until the house is sold and Superintendent shall vacate. This all functions as Superintendent and Family can reside in a 4 Bed 2 Bath home temporarily for just $2000 down payment and live in the house without paying and utilities expense as the compensation for services provided. Job description: Live in the house and prevent any vandals from causing damages or theft as protection. Make minor repairs to the house as preservation. Perform general maintenance as needed as preservation.
