Outsource is hiring for helpers/spotter/general laborers to work in a Manufacturing facility in Lima, OH. Your role will be to assist the lead installer on the ground level while they are operation an aerial lift installing low voltage cable. As a spotter/helper you are there to be the eyes and ears for the lead in the surrounding area, guiding him in areas of the facility, directing others to clear the area, and communicating any safety issues that might present themselves. Multiple shift opportunities - 1st and 2nd shift.
