Residential Electrical Installers (Weekly Pay) POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for installing various types of electrical rough and finish systems in new home developments according to local and NEC codes. WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR A RESIDENTIAL ELECTRICIAN? Must have at least 2 years of fast-paced residential electrical new construction experience Must be able to install boxes, wire, devices, lighting, breakers, and equipment according to local and NEC codes. A Valid Driver’s License and clean Motor Vehicle Report. Must possess own hand tools and power tools to execute electrical jobs. RESPONSIBILITIES: Installing and repairing electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures in residential new construction homes. Inspecting components to ensure safety and correct installation Reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints, to identify where the wiring is or should go Always maintaining safety standards. All other duties as assigned by the supervisor QUALIFICATIONS: Able to read and follow blueprints Fully understands local and federal regulations for safe electrical systems Must be willing to operate a company vehicle. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Self-motivated and driven to get the job done quickly and to the best of their ability. Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods.
