We are looking for a Maintenance Technician! We are a 100-unit property that is located near downtown Jenks, and we need someone who is self-sufficient, organized, dependable and is eager to work! Great customer service as well! The hours would be 9:30am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday You must have 1-year minimum experience as a maintenance tech or related field The job role would require but not limited to: - Completing make ready units when vacant are available (painting, repairing or replaced items as needed) - Completing work orders as they are called in on a daily basis - Sheetrock work to perform patch jobs if needed - Keeping inventory of items needed The compensation is hourly and would be DOE, $16-21/HR!
