Description

Responsible to maintain daily - cleanliness and maintenance of area including sinks, equipment racks and dish stations. Properly washes and sorts by hand soiled trays, pans, utensils, containers, dishware, mixers and other baking equipment as needed. Keeps area organized and free of clutter.
