Description
Responsible to maintain daily - cleanliness and maintenance of area including sinks, equipment racks and dish stations. Properly washes and sorts by hand soiled trays, pans, utensils, containers, dishware, mixers and other baking equipment as needed. Keeps area organized and free of clutter. May be asked to perform other kitchen related duties as needed or directed like emptying trash, disinfect floor and area surfaces, restock clean dishware in other areas of the factory and assist sanitation team.
