Oxford Athletic Club is the most extensive private health and fitness club in the Pittsburgh area and is nationally recognized by International Health, Racquet, and Sports Associations (IHRSA) for excellence. We are currently looking for full-time and part-time cleaning staff, who can keep our facility clean, organized, sanitary, and provide a high level of customer service to our members through personal and professional attention. The goal is to create a clean and orderly environment for our guests that will become a critical factor in maintaining and strengthening our reputation. As a member of the housekeeping staff, the responsibilities include: All glass and mirrors, flooring, restrooms, ladies locker rooms, laundry room, studios, basketball court Maintains building wide trash and towel collection Assists other departments with daily cleaning tasks General janitorial work Follows all company procedures as outlined in the employee handbook Completes any additional task or job assigned by the department head Skills and Qualifications Weekend and evening availability is required Needs to be energetic, enthusiastic, hardworking, and pleasant. Must be able to work independently and possess an outgoing personality, as well as enjoy working as a team. Maintain a professional manner and appearance. Applicant must successfully complete all background clearances Education and Experience *Housekeeping, maintenance, or customer service-based employment. High School degree or GED preferred In-house training on policies and procedure as provided by management Current CPR and First Aid Certification preferred, not required Working Conditions Physical stamina and mobility including ability to reach, kneel and bend Ability to lift, push and pull required load (usually about 30lbs) *Eligible for benefits upon meeting all requirements.
